1. Informational academic record
The website provides academic and professional information for identification, scholarship and communication. It is not legal, medical, financial, investment, cybersecurity or other professional advice to a visitor merely because a related subject appears in a publication or research description.
2. Accuracy
Reasonable effort is made to distinguish verified information from information that still needs verification. Even so, records can contain errors, publisher metadata can change and historical sources can disagree. Where a material decision depends on a fact, verify it against an appropriate primary source.
3. Student and researcher information
The Students page is subject to publication clearance. A public listing should not be understood as a waiver of a student's privacy rights or as permission for unrelated reuse of their personal information. Requests concerning student information should be sent to the contact address on the Privacy Policy and Student & Researcher Privacy Notice.
4. External services
The site may link to external publishers and identity services and currently requests fonts from Google Fonts. Dr. Festus does not control those third-party systems and is not responsible for their independent availability, content or privacy practices.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided without a promise that every page will always be available, complete, current or free of technical defects. Nothing on this page is intended to exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or to remove any statutory rights available to a visitor.
